Kleines Update und endlich wieder Bilder!

Es ist jetzt nicht so irre viel passiert die letzten Tage, aber ich bin ja noch ein paar Bilder schuldig! 

Die Jalousien sind bereits fast alle eingebaut. Nur die drei zum Garten hin fehlen noch, da ist aber noch keine Dämmung auf der Wand und damit gibt es auch keine Laibung für die Führungsschienen. Die OSB-Abdeckungen sind auch schon drauf und wenn es dann mal wieder NICHT regnet, kann ich auch die Styro-abdeckung noch anbringen. Damit wäre mein Teil dann abgeschlossen.

Im Küchen- und Eingangsbereich sind alle Holzlatten verklebt und können nun nivelliert werden, damit auch hier die OSB-Platten installiert werden können. Es geht also auch bei diesem wichtigen Punkt vorwärts.

Unser einziges Spülbecken befindet sich im Moment noch in der Waschküche. Nachdem wir festgestellt haben, dass nur die Oberseiten von Waschmaschine und Trockner für eine geteilte Wasch/Küche nicht ganz ausreicht, haben wir dann eine große Arbeitsplatte besorgt und nach einer meiner Frühschichten angefangen zu montieren. Da wir am nächsten Morgen natürlich ein funktionierendes Spülbecken brauchten (ohne Kaffee fängt kein Tag an!), habe ich dann bis Mitternacht zumindest den Abfluss und Wasserhahn wieder funktionstüchtig gemacht. Kleinere Restarbeiten stehen aber noch aus.

Nebenher bastel ich immer weiter an der Programmierung für das Smarthome. Wir können (bei Bedarf) nun alle Außenraffstore am Altbau bedienen, die meiste Zeit bewegen die sich aber automatisch dem Sonnenstand nach, bzw. fahren zur Sicherheit hoch, wenn es zu stürmisch wird.

A small update and finally pictures!

Not a lot has happened during the last couple of day, but I owe you guys some pictures!

The sunblinds are pretty much all installed, with the exception of those three for the master suite facing the garden. That wall has no insulation on it yet and therefore nowhere to install the guiding rails. The plywood covers have also been installed, so once it isn't raining anymore I can mount the styrofoam covers and that way finish MY part.

In the kitchen and entry area all wooden slats have been glued down and can now be levelled in order to close up the ceiling with plywood. So this priority point is slowly making progress as well.

Our only sink to wash dishes in is in the laundry room. After noticing that the top sides of washer and dryer aren't enough counter space for a shared kitchen & laundry room, we went to buy a counter covering the entire wall and after one of my early shifts started to install that. As we needed a working sink the next morning (no day starts without coffee!), I worked until midnight to make sure both sink and faucet were usable again. A couple of minor tasks still need to be finished still though.

In the meantime I still dabble in programming our smarthome. We're now able to control all the sunblinds on the old part of the building (if needed). Most of the time they move on their own though, following the sun or moving up for safety when it gets too windy.
