Tag 91 - 99

Es hat sich ganz schön was getan! Der alte Anbau ist weg. Die Müllberge im Garten sind weg. Wir haben schon wieder zwei Container mit Schutt gefüllt, der dritte ist bereits halb voll. Der Bauunternehmer hat die ersten Baggerabeiten angefangen, heute haben wir mit Hilfe eines Gerüsts die Eternit-Platten von der Rückwand des Hauses entfernt. Das alles ging natürlich nicht ganz ohne Hilfe! Den Rest zeigen die Bilder.

Day 91 -99

A lot has happened! The bathroom addition of the house is gone and so are the piles of trash from the garden. We have already filled another two dumpsters with rubble and the third one is almost filled half way. Our contractor has started the first few bits of digging and with the help of scaffolding we were able to remove a lot of the facade of the rear wall of the house. The rest of the explaining will be done by the pictures and of course we had some help again too!

It may look like we're almost done, but that's only because the rubble has piled so high.

Der Versuch den Boden des ehemaligen Bades aufzuräumen /
We tried to clean up the floor of the former bathroom.

Die Bodenplatte ist jetzt auch weg, es stehen nur noch die Fundamentmauern./
The bottom plate is gone too, only the foundation walls remain.

Der "kleine" Bagger, der gerade so am Haus vorbeigepasst hat./

Die Kellerwand ist jetzt bis ganz nach hinten freigelegt. Jetzt kann richtig abgedichtet werden./
The basement wall is now completly accessible and can now be sealed.

Der erste kleine Haufen Aushub, im Hintergrund liegt noch der Müll./

Unter dem Bad befand sich die ehemalige Abwassergrube. Die wurde schon fast komplett beseitigt./
The old bathroom was built on what Autumn refers to as the "shithole", which has almost been removed now.
